Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, Brighton Gardens of Edison in Edison, NJ is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to provide exceptional dining services in our skilled nursing center. You will prepare and serve meals, deliver trays and snacks, and maintain clean, welcoming dining areas for residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and therapeutic diet orders
• Deliver tray service and snacks as directed
• Maintain clean, organized dining and tray service areas
• Set up and reset dining rooms per community standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of resident dietary needs
• Review diet boards and daily logs to ensure compliance
• Practice safe food handling and complete cleaning assignments
• Support residents with courtesy and professionalism
