Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Brighton Gardens of Edison is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to provide exceptional dining services to residents in our skilled nursing center. You will help prepare and serve meals, deliver trays, and maintain clean dining areas with a strong emphasis on safety and hospitality.

• Prepare meals according to menus and therapeutic diet orders.
• Deliver tray service and snacks as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and tray service areas.
• Set up and reset dining rooms per community standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of resident dietary needs.
• Review diet boards and daily logs to ensure compliance.
• Practice safe food handling and complete cleaning assignments.
• Support residents with courtesy and professionalism.
