Job summary

Oak Park Place in Madison, WI is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents by preparing and serving meals, following dietary requirements and safety standards.

You will collaborate with Dietitians and Nurses, assist with inventory and meal delivery, and help maintain a clean dining area while treating residents with dignity. This is a part-time, non-exempt role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience working with the elderly preferred.
• Previous experience in a dietary position preferred.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.

The Dietary Aide responsibilities included preparing and serving meals, ensuring to follow specific dietary requirements and safety standards, setting up dining areas, delivering meals to residents, and assisting with cleaning and sanitation. Dietary Aides also collaborate with Dietitians and Nurses, to help monitor patient intake, and manage inventory.
