Job summary

Harmony Utica Ridge is looking for Dietary Aides for a 4pm-8pm part-time shift to join our friendly, caring team in a skilled nursing environment.

You will assist residents with meals, ensure dietary needs are met, record temperatures, and keep kitchen and dietary equipment clean and sanitized, contributing to a high standard of care and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals and ensure items meet dietary needs.
• Record temperatures and ensure safety of food and equipment.
• Keep kitchen and dietary equipment clean and sanitized.
• Provide high standard of care and attention to detail for residents.

As a Dietary Aide you will assist residents with one of their favorite parts of the day! Your work ensures our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Utica Ridge by ensuring residents receive the appropriate items for each meal in accordance to their dietary needs, ensuring the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures, and ensuring the kitchen and dietary equipment is clean and sanitized. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education. Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
Preferred, Healthcare Experience.
