CareOne at Concord is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our long-term care culinary team in Concord, MA. The role supports nutrition services, assists with daily meal preparation, service, and resident dietary needs under the direction of the Nutrition Service Director.

We offer flexible schedules, opportunities for training, and an inclusive work environment. Salary ranges from $16.25 to $19.25 per hour, with eligibility for part-time or per diem positions based on availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care preferred; willing to train reliable candidates.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and the right attitude are important.
• Weekend work is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $16.25 - $19.25 per hour.

Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule.

Facility: CareOne at Concord

The Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed by the Nutrition Service Director in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred; however, we are willing to train reliable candidates.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and the right attitude are the most important aspects for success in this position.
• Must be able to work weekends is a strong plus.
