Job summary

CareOne is hiring a Dietary Aide in Williamstown, MA. The role supports our dietary services and resident dining, with a per diem schedule.

Offers include training opportunities, weekend work, and a pathway to advance within our CareOne dining program. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour based on experience and schedule.

Qualifications

Experience in Long Term Care is preferred; willing to train reliable candidates.
Flexibility to work all shifts and the right attitude are important.
Must be able to work weekends is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in all dietary functions as directed by the Nutrition Service Director.
Provide support with meal service and resident dining needs as required.

The Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed by the Nutrition Service Director in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

Experience in Long Term Care is preferred; however, we are willing to train reliable candidates.
