Job summary

Care One at Northampton in Northampton, MA is hiring a Dietary Aide to support our nutrition team in long-term care settings. The role helps provide meals that are healthy and enjoyable, following our signature dining program and established policies.

We offer opportunities for part-time and full-time staff, with weekend shifts encouraged. Compensation ranges from $15.25 to $19.00 per hour depending on experience, credentials and schedule, and a benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred; however, we are willing to train reliable candidates.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and the right attitude are the most important aspects for success in this position.
• Must be able to work weekends is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• The Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed by the Nutrition Service Director in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Compensation will be based on, but no limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status and work schedule.
