Job summary

Concord Post Acute in Concord, CA is looking for a dependable Dietary Aide to support meal service for residents. This part-time role involves assisting with meal prep, plating, serving, and delivering meals, while maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas.

You will follow resident dietary restrictions, help stock supplies, and work as part of a caring team to ensure timely, nutritious meals. Prior dietary/food service or healthcare experience is preferred; friendly, professional

Qualifications

• Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required for the position.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety.
• Ability to communicate professionally with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, plating, and serving.
• Set up and clean dining and food service areas.
• Deliver meals and snacks to residents as needed.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
