Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and portioning according to dietary guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver meal trays to residents.
• Assist with serving meals and maintaining dining areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and other kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, dining areas, and food service equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Ensure residents receive meals consistent with their prescribed diets.
• Assist the dietary team with stocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to residents and staff.
