Job summary

Resorts at Chester River Manor in Chestertown, MD is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join the dietary team. The role supports meal service for residents, maintaining a clean, safe dining environment and helping with meal prep and service.

Responsibilities include dining room setup, tray assembly, timely delivery of meals, and adherence to sanitation and dietary regulations. High school diploma preferred; prior healthcare food service is a plus. Shift varies; weekends/holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare or long-term care food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must pass background screening.

• Deliver meals and beverages to residents in a timely manner.
• Assist residents during meal service as needed.
