Job summary

Resorts at Chester River Manor in Chestertown, MD is seeking an Activities Aide to engage residents in recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that enhance quality of life.

You will plan and lead group activities, coordinate outings and events, assist with decorating and documentation, and build warm relationships with residents, families, and team members while prioritizing safety and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, healthcare, recreation, childcare, customer service, or activities preferred.
• Passion for working with seniors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to lift, push wheelchairs, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
