Your Role as a Dietary Services Aide

Assist in preparing and serving food, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring residents' dietary needs are met in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Food preparation and service
• Dishwashing and sanitation
• Setting and clearing tables
• Maintaining a safe work environment

Physical Demands:

• Standing, sitting, walking, frequent position changes
• Lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
• Reaching, bending, kneeling

Safety Requirements:

• Follow safety policies and wear PPE
• Report injuries promptly
• Participation in drug testing

Qualifications:

• Minimum age 16
• Effective communication skills
• Compliance with health and safety regulations
• Ability to follow instructions
