Cottage Grove Place is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dietary Aideto join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.
Serve dinner to the residents of the Commons East who choose to dine in the Commons East main dining room. Bus and wash all the dishes relating to the evening meal service.
Completes job tasks as assigned. Using all appropriate Sanitation Standards and complies with OBRA guidelines and Production System (Gold Check Standards). Clean, neat, and well-groomed Standards.
Participates in OJT/Training/Teaching sessions; completes required daily expectations to ensure menu supplies are obtained from the storage areas in adequate time for meal service. This would include, but not be limited to, sour cream, condiments, salad dressings, etc.
Understands and complies with essential dietary restriction for resident needs as advised through physician’s orders.
Salary Range: $14.00-$15.50
