Job summary

Shepherd of the Valley Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support the dietary department in Casper, Wyoming. The role emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, and adherence to high standards of food service sanitation and safety.

You will assist with tray assembly, basic food prep, and serving meals on time and at the correct temperature, while maintaining a tidy work area and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders on tray cards.
• Place items, such as eating utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards on trays.
• Perform food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Serve assigned food on trays at proper time, attractively, and at correct temperature. May help with food preparation.
• Push carts to halls or kitchen.
• Wash dishes and clean work area.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness.

Shepherd of the Valley Rehabilitation and Wellness is currently looking for a Dietary Aide to join our dietary department. We are seeking a team-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. Our enhanced dining program provides culinary excellence.

Essential Functions:

• Read production orders on tray cards

• Places items, such as eating utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards on trays.

• Performs food preparation tasks as assigned.

• Serve assigned food on trays at proper time, attractively, and at correct temperature. May help with food preparation.

• Pushes carts to halls or kitchen.

• Washes dishes and cleans work area

• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness
