White Oak Manor Burlington is seeking Full-Time/Part-Time Dietary Aides to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation healthcare center in Burlington, NC. Roles include serving meals to residents, stocking supplies, and maintaining safety and sanitation in the dietary department.

Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shifts with alternating weekends is required. Shifts run 6:30am-2:30pm or 12:30pm-8:30pm with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred but not required.
• Dietary Aides are responsible for serving meals to patients/residents in assigned neighborhoods.
• Inventory such as dinnerware, utensils, cups, condiments, snacks and perishables are stocked on the assigned neighborhood.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to patients/residents in assigned neighborhood.
• Maintain dietary cart stock and ensure proper food temperatures and serving quantities.
• Perform daily cleaning assignments to uphold food safety protocols in the dietary department.

White Oak of Burlington is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation healthcare center that is looking to hire Full-time and Part-time Dietary Aides. Experience in Long Term Care, preferred, but not required. The White Oak team strives to anticipate the needs of each of our patients and residents with each meal that we provide. We want every resident's experience to be top notch!

Quick role snapshot: Dietary Aides are responsible for serving meals to patient/residents to their assigned neighborhood. Each dietary cart is stocked by the dietary aide with the necessary serving utensils, food quantity for serving, proper food temperature monitoring, and necessary meal extras to serve the designated meal. Inventory such as dinnerware, utensils, cups, condiments, snacks and perishables are stocked on the assigned neighborhood. Daily cleaning assignments to ensure food and safety protocols within the dietary department.

This opening is for someone that has the flexibility to work some shifts on 1st and 2nd, alternating weekdays & weekends.

• Shift Times: 6:30am-2:30pm and/or 12:30am-8:30pm
