White Oak Manor Burlington in Burlington, NC, is seeking dedicated Dietary Aides to join our skilled nursing team, serving meals to residents and maintaining safety standards. The role includes stocking carts, monitoring temperatures, and supporting daily dietary operations.

This position offers both full-time and part-time options with shifts 6:30am-2:30pm or 12:30pm-8:30pm, along with training, benefits after a short period, and opportunities for growth within a compassionate, patient-focused

Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to patients/residents in assigned neighborhoods while ensuring proper portions and temperatures.
• Maintain inventory of dining supplies and ensure carts are stocked for service.
• Assist with daily cleaning tasks in the dietary department to uphold food safety protocols.
• Follow shift schedules and adapt to 1st/2nd shift rotation including weekends.

White Oak of Burlington is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation healthcare center that is looking to hire Full-time and Part-time Dietary Aides. Experience in Long Term Care, preferred, but not required. The White Oak team strives to anticipate the needs of each of our patients and residents with each meal that we provide. We want every resident's experience to be top notch!

Quick role snapshot: Dietary Aides are responsible for serving meals to patient/residents to their assigned neighborhood. Each dietary cart is stocked by the dietary aide with the necessary serving utensils, food quantity for serving, proper food temperature monitoring, and necessary meal extras to serve the designated meal. Inventory such as dinnerware, utensils, cups, condiments, snacks and perishables are stocked on the assigned neighborhood. Daily cleaning assignments to ensure food and safety protocols within the dietary department.

This opening is for someone that has the flexibility to work some shifts on 1st and 2nd, alternating weekdays & weekends.

• Shift Times: 6:30am-2:30pm and/or 12:30am-8:30pm
