We are currently seeking customer service-oriented individuals for our part-time Diet Tech I positions, working from 3:30-6:30 pm with extended hours on weekends. EOE, DFWP. Position Summary

Performs a variety of duties including minor food assembly, tray assembly, food delivery and service, dishwashing, and cleaning as assigned by supervisors. Responsibilities also include assembly of trays, nourishment preparation and delivery, and serving food to residents. Additional duties may be attached as needed.

Essential Position Functions

• Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Communities.
• Perform table service and provide excellent customer service based on established standards.
• Serve residents' meals according to meal tickets.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned.
• Wash dishes, prepare desserts, and get items ready for the next meal period.
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs as required.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 6 months in a high-volume dining or residential clinical dining environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow written and oral directions.
• Basic math skills.
• Understanding of food service methods in a high-volume full-service dining environment.
• Florida Safe Staff certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
