Overview

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care are leading operators of assisted living and memory care communities with over 25 locations across Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. We serve more than 1,400 seniors and employ over 1,000 staff members. Responsibilities
  1. Set and clear tables, assist the cook, and take food and beverage orders from residents, serving them in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide high-quality customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
  3. Set tables according to company standards.
  4. Serve beverages to residents and guests as requested.
  5. Review daily menus with residents.
  6. Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, and linens from the dining area as needed.
  7. Adhere to quality standards and food safety practices.
  8. Assist with the preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and themed meals.
  9. Introduce new residents to menus, seating, and dining options and hours when applicable.
  10. Clean and sanitize carpets, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining equipment.
  11. Foster teamwork and cooperation among staff.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Food handler's permit as required by state law or company standards.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
