Overview

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care are leading operators of assisted living and memory care communities with over 25 locations across Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. We serve more than 1,400 seniors and employ over 1,000 staff. Our communities foster vibrant environments where older adults can thrive, participate, and continue making a difference, supported by opportunities and dedicated staff.

Responsibilities
  1. Set and clear tables, assist the cook, and take residents' food and beverage orders.
  2. Serve residents in a timely, professional manner, providing high-quality customer service and promoting a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
  3. Set tables according to company standards.
  4. Serve beverages as requested and review daily menus with residents.
  5. Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, and linens from the dining area.
  6. Adhere to quality standards and food safety practices.
  7. Assist with the preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
  8. Introduce new residents to menus, seating, and dining options and hours when applicable.
  9. Clean and sanitize carpets, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
  10. Foster teamwork and cooperation among staff.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Food handler’s permit as required by state law and/or company standards.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
