Regency Care of Central Oregon in Bend, OR is seeking caring dietary aides to prepare meals for residents, plate food, and keep dishes clean. The role involves assisting with food prep, maintaining infection control, and providing friendly interactions with residents and families in a home-like environment.

Starting wage is $20 per hour DOE, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, life insurance, EAP, and 401-K.

We are Regency Care of Central Oregon, a skilled nursing community centrally located in beautiful Bend, OR. We are looking for caring & compassionate individuals to join our team.

As a dietary aide, you will prepare food for residents and fill requests. You will also plate food, wash and sanitize dishes.

You Will:

• Ensure that condiment and beverage containers are clean and filled


• Assist with food preparation as needed


• Maintain infection control standards


• Plate food


• Wash and sanitize dishes


• Relate and communicate appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees

You Currently:

• Can obtain Food Handler’s card


• Read, write, speak and understand English


• Lift and move up to 40 pounds


• Have compassion and interest in working with the senior population


• Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor


• Have excellent customer service skills


• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
