Job summary

Rockland Ridge in Ohio is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents with meals and daily living activities. The role emphasizes resident-focused service, reliability, and teamwork; on-the-job training is provided and experience in kitchen is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must be resident-oriented and be committed to providing excellent service. Specific qualifications include reliable transportation and a friendly & caring resident-oriented attitude. Employees will be hired based on exhibited hard work, reliability, and ability to work well with others in the workplace! Experience in the kitchen is preferred but is not a requirement of this position. Training will be done on-the-job, and the successful candidate will work well in a fast paced environment.
