Job summary

Mentor Ridge is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents and contribute to a close-knit community. You will help ensure meals meet residents’ needs and preferences in a caring, respectful environment.

This role offers daily pay, on-the-job training, and opportunities to develop meaningful relationships with residents. Experience in a kitchen is preferred but not required; reliable transportation and a friendly, resident-oriented attitude are valued.

The successful candidate must be resident-oriented and be committed to providing excellent service. Specific qualifications include reliable transportation and a friendly & caring resident-oriented attitude. Employees will be hired based on exhibited hard work, reliability, and ability to work well with others in the workplace! Experience in the kitchen is preferred but is not a requirement of this position. Training will be done on-the-job, and the successful candidate will work well in a fast paced environment.
