Job summary

Wallick Senior Living in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Server to join our dining services team. This full-time role serves meals, maintains the dining room, and helps residents enjoy their meals with proper etiquette.

You will work in a supportive, employee-owned culture with 401K, health benefits, PTO, and pay-on-demand options. Training is provided, and prior waiter experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous waiter experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers and residents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources.
• Ability to apply basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette.
• Handles meal requests of a resident during meal service.
• Completes setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service.
• Helps to maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents.
• Maintains a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, etc. for use by the residents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Responsible for grab and go and stocking as necessary.
