Job summary

Wallick Senior Living is seeking a server to assist in the dining room at The Ashford at Sturbridge, in a full-time role. You will serve meals, handle requests, and keep dining areas clean and well stocked for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous waiter experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents and coworkers.
• Able to respond professionally to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources.
• Able to apply basic math skills in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette.
• Handle meal requests during service.
• Complete setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after meals.
• Maintain beverage stations (juice bar, coffee, iced tea).
• Keep utensils, cups, glasses, and supplies stocked for residents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Assist with grab-and-go and stocking as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette.


• Handles meal requests of a resident during meal service.


• Completes setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service.


• Helps to maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents. beverages instead of listing it out


• Maintains a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, etc. for use by the residents.


• Perform other related duties as assigned.


• Responsible for grab and go and stocking as necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous waiter experience preferred.
