Job summary

Personal Care Senior Living – Columbia Heights, MN is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide / Prep Cook to join our team. This role supports residents with delicious, nutritious meals while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and a welcoming dining area.

We offer a flexible part-time schedule, paid training, supportive leadership, and opportunities for additional hours and growth. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in dietary, food service, restaurant, or kitchen preferred.
• Prep cook experience is a plus, but training is available.
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and finishing dinner service.
• Prepare and serve evening meals for residents.
• Plate meals according to menu and dietary needs.
• Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Sanitize work areas and kitchen equipment.
• Prepare food items for the following day.
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work closely with the Lead Cook to provide an exceptional dining experience.

for a compassionate, dependable Dietary Aide / Prep Cook to join our team.

This position plays an important role in providing residents with delicious, nutritious meals while

maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming kitchen environment.

Every other weekend required

Approximately 20–28 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and finishing dinner service
