Preferred Care Management is hiring a Dietary Aide for a hospital setting in the Silver Spring area. You will assist in meal prep, serve patients, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, following health and safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and teamwork. Training will be provided, with full-time hours on the afternoon or morning shift, in-person work and relocation/commute considerations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

Responsibilities
