Hennepin Healthcare is seeking a part-time Diet Technician to ensure the nutritional wellbeing of patients. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining patient orders, conducting nutrition screenings, and overseeing tray services in a dynamic healthcare environment. Ideal candidates will possess a background in dietetics, along with strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Hennepin Healthcare is an integrated system of care that includes HCMC, a nationally recognized Level I Adult Trauma Center and Level I Pediatric Trauma Center and acute care hospital, as well as a clinic system with primary care clinics located in Minneapolis and across Hennepin County. We are currently seeking a Diet Technician to join our Food Services team. This part-time role will work on-site (days, evenings, and every other weekend).
SUMMARY
Under general supervision, assumes responsibility for the nutritional wellbeing of patients receiving sustenance provided by the Food and Nutrition Services Department or to coordinate daily operation of tray line service.
