Job summary

You’ll help ensure meals are safe, appetizing, and tailored to each resident’s needs, while monitoring dietary quality and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with dietary staff, care teams, and residents, and participate in care conferences and onboarding of new residents.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of dietary regulations for nursing homes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Dietitian in providing personalized nutritional care.
• Ensure meals and snacks are safe, appetizing, and tailored to residents’ needs.
• Help monitor dietary quality and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with dietary staff, care teams, and residents to promote satisfaction and wellbeing.
• Participate in care conferences, resident council meetings, and new resident onboarding.
