Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nutrition/Applied Science.
- Registered with the Commission for Dietetic Registration.
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Knowledgeable about dietary regulations for nursing homes.
- Organized, compassionate, and a great communicator.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Registered Dietitian in providing personalized nutritional care.
- Ensure meals and snacks are safe, appetizing, and tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Help monitor dietary quality and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with dietary staff, care teams, and residents to promote satisfaction and wellbeing.
- Participate in care conferences, resident council meetings, and new resident onboarding.
