PIH Health Whittier Hospital seeks a Diet Clerk to support nutritional care by processing diet orders and obtaining patient menu selections via CBord. You will adjust menus to match physician orders and check tray line accuracy to ensure correct meals are delivered.

Effective communication with patients and staff is essential to provide high-quality food service. A high school diploma or GED and hospital experience preferred; bilingual in English helpful.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English literacy and basic math abilities expected.
• Minimum 6 months hospital diet office experience; knowledge of modified diets.
• Experience processing diet orders and checking tray lines preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process diet orders, tube feedings, and diet changes accurately.
• Obtain patient menu selections via CBord and adjust to meet orders.
• Check tray line to ensure meals match prescribed diets.
• Communicate with patients and staff to ensure high-quality food service.
