• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula.
• Maintains confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and patient rights.
• Completes required documentation and logs.
• Follows infection-control policies and participates in PI activities.
