Qualifications

• Prior patient tray service and therapeutic diet experience required.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients with menu selections per dietitian instructions.
• Offers menu alternatives within prescribed diet and dietary restrictions.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements and enteral formulas as needed.
• Completes required documentation and logs.
• Adheres to HIPAA and patient rights policies.
