Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Brooksby Village in Peabody, MA is seeking a full‑time dining team member to support breakfast and lunch service. You will help run the dining room, assist with seating, and work closely with nursing staff on nutritional care plans for residents in assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing dining rooms.

The role offers an 40-hour work week, with shifts from 7:30am to 3pm and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule, available to work e/o weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.

Location: Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our Continuing Care dining team and play a key role in delivering excellent service to our residents in assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing dining rooms. You’ll ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly, supporting our goal of providing a great dining experience and work closely with our nursing staff to implement nutritional care plans.

Full Time Positions Available

40 hour position to work Breakfast & Lunch, 7:30am to 3pm & e/o weekend

How You Will Make An Impact
