Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a full-time dining team member to support breakfast and lunch service in a continuing care setting. You will greet residents, coordinate seating, assist with prep, stocking, serving, and post-meal cleanup to ensure a smooth dining experience.

You will work 40 hours per week, 7:30am to 3pm, with on-site dining operations. Previous food service experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule, weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff run smoothly.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal cleanup.
• Ensure residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in front-of-house and kitchen.

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our Continuing Care dining team and play a key role in delivering excellent service to our residents in assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing dining rooms. You’ll ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly, supporting our goal of providing a great dining experience and work closely with our nursing staff to implement nutritional care plans. Full Time positions available: 40 hour position to work Breakfast & Lunch, 7:30am to 3pm & e/o weekend

Compensation

Compensation: hourly pay range of $16.30 to $20.75, commensurate with experience.

How you will make an impact
