Clean Harbors in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Diesel Vehicle Mechanic to maintain and repair the company fleet. You will perform preventative maintenance, routine servicing, and inspections to keep equipment safe and compliant.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• 1+ years prior experience working on heavy duty-trucks and equipment.
• 1+ years DOT inspection experience required.
• Must provide own basic tools.
• Related mechanical certifications preferred (not required).

Responsabilités

• Ensure health and safety as priority by following safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Move company equipment on yard as needed.
• Assist drivers with addressing outstanding vehicle issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment, vehicles, and machinery.
• Complete daily checklist as required.
• Ensure equipment is properly parked and secured per DOT requirements.
• Maintain facility via housekeeping duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
