Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Diesel Truck/Trailer Maintenance Mechanic in Paris, TX to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on tractor and trailer equipment. The role emphasizes safe, accurate work orders with proper coding and warranty processing.

The position includes a Monday–Friday schedule with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. The candidate will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fleet equipment, perform advanced diagnostics, and maintain a clean, safe work site while

Qualifications

Valid state issued CDL driver's license preferred.
Experience in tractor and trailer inspection and repair OR a technical school degree, or certification in Heavy Duty Truck/Trailer Maintenance with specialty in Diesel.
Experience in advanced diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fleet equipment safely and correctly.
Conduct failures analysis, repairs, and rebuilds fleet equipment components.
Inform management about unsafe conditions and suggest corrective actions.
Identify broken tools and missing supplies and address issues where possible.
Complete complex work orders with accurate condition, cause and correction details, including warranty returns as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with company policies.
