Qualifications

• Valid state issued driver's license.
• Experience in tractor and trailer inspection and repair OR a technical school degree, or certification in Heavy Duty Truck/Trailer Maintenance with specialty in Diesel.
• Experience in advanced diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fleet equipment safely and correctly.
• Conduct failure analysis, repairs, and rebuilds fleet components.
• Inform management about unsafe conditions and propose corrective actions.
• Identify broken tools and missing supplies and address the issue where possible.
• Complete complex work orders with condition, cause, and correction details, including warranty returns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with policies.
