Job summary
Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Diesel Truck/Trailer Maintenance Mechanic in Manhattan, Kansas to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on tractor and trailer equipment. The successful applicant will be responsible for diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and ensuring safety and compliance in the workshop.
Minimum qualifications include a CDL driver's license and experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance. Ecowaste Solutions offers a competitive salary, weekly pay, multiple health plans, and additional benefits including a retirement plan and paid time off.
Qualifications
- Valid state issued CDL driver's license preferred.
- Experience in tractor and trailer inspection and repair.
- Experience in advanced diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fleet equipment safely and correctly.
- Conduct failure analysis, repairs, and rebuilds fleet equipment components.
- Inform management about harmful working conditions and suggest corrective actions.
