Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Diesel Truck/Trailer Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on tractor and trailer equipment. Duties include accurate work orders with detailed cause and correction information, and proper warranty processing.

Minimum qualifications include CDL preferred, experience or training in heavy-duty maintenance, and proficiency in diagnostics.

Qualifications

• CDL license preferred.
• Experience in tractor and trailer inspection and repair or related training.
• Experience in advanced diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fleet equipment safely and correctly.
• Conduct failure analysis, repairs, and rebuilds fleet equipment components.
• Inform management about unsafe practices and suggest corrective actions.
• Identify missing tools and supplies and address issues when possible.
• Complete complex work orders with proper condition, cause and correction details, including warranty tags.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to company policies and ethics; perform additional duties as assigned.
