United Rentals, Inc. in Portland, Oregon seeks a Service Tech II at a Trucking Center to perform maintenance and repairs on commercial and utility trucks. You will document work orders, demonstrate trucks to customers, and assist with parts delivery in a safety-conscious environment.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• CDL preferred or ability to obtain 1–2 years of automotive/light truck and/or diesel repair experience.
• Must own tools applicable to position.
• Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

Mansioni

• Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair of commercial and utility trucks and tools involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner daily.
• Demonstrate a wide array of commercial and utility trucks for customers.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of trucks & parts.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
