Responsibilities

• Diagnoses electrical, drive train, HVAC, brake, engine, and suspension issues.
• Writes repair descriptions and repair procedures on repair orders.
• Interacts with customers professionally and supports other technicians as needed.
• Uses diagnostic equipment to locate faults and verifies repairs with road tests.
