Job summary
PACCAR Financial is seeking a Truck Technician to join our Used Truck Center in Fontana, CA. You will perform diagnostic inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on Class 6/7/8 diesel trucks, following PACCAR checklists and safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on diesel mechanics experience.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety with demonstrated knowledge of shop safety protocols.
- Capable of standing and working for extended periods.
- Available for full‑time work and able to work additional hours occasionally as needed.
- CDL highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work Monday through Friday during core business hours.
- Perform diagnostic inspections on truck systems using mechanical and software diagnostics.
- Perform preventative maintenance following PACCAR check list.
- Perform repairs to truck-tractor components including oil changes, bulb replacements, and tires.
- Complete required paperwork reflecting hours, parts and lube.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and adapt to priorities.
- Provide superior customer service to PACCAR's clients.
