Job summary

Hinkle Contracting, LLC, a CRH company, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to service a fleet of dump trucks and trailers. The role focuses on diesel engine repair, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, repairing components, maintaining records, and following safety protocols. CDL Class A is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certs preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heavy-duty diesel equipment and trailers.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document repairs and time/parts used; ensure safety standards.
