Job summary

Martin Transportation Systems is hiring Diesel Truck Mechanics for 1st shift. This full-time role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a recent model fleet of Freightliner tractors and trailers. The candidate should have 1–2 years of heavy duty experience and own basic tools.

Qualifications

1–2 years heavy duty experience required.
Experience using Class 8 diagnostic tools preferred.
Diesel mechanic experience repairing trucks and/or trailers is desired.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair and perform general maintenance on fleet equipment.
Perform maintenance on Freightliner tractors and trailers.
Conduct trailer repairs, services and welding as needed.
Perform light computer work related to diagnostics and records.
