Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Brake Inspector credential required.
• Ability to follow DOT guidelines and PM process.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose repairs with limited assistance.
• Maintain a high level of productivity.
• Clock in and out of work orders correctly.
• Document work performed with proper complaint, cause, and correction.
• Maintain CDL if required.
• Meet or exceed repair times per task.
• Communicate needs to parts department promptly.
• Keep a safe, clean work area and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Continuously learn and implement improvements.
