• Provide customer service by advising drivers on technical questions concerning their tractor.
• Maintain clean work area and manage tool and equipment storage.
• Procure parts as needed from the parts room to complete repairs.
• Support supervisory staff and train less experienced mechanics through hands-on guidance.
