The role offers weekly pay of $23.15/hour, weekends off, and a benefits package after 30 days. As you advance, you can earn certification bonuses and quarterly incentives while building practical diesel maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Zero to one year mechanical experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or in a team.
• Must have reliable attendance and performance.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office.
• CDL Class A preferred; DOT safety position.

Responsibilities

• Move heavy duty vehicles into/out of yard and service area.
• Perform multi-point inspections per policy.
• Maintain the fuel island and inventory of DEF.
• Participate in Technician Training Development Program.
• Complete hands-on and online training modules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
