Job summary

Republic Services in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Maintenance Technician C to service diesel and non-diesel fleets. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and inspections to keep vehicles running on routes.

Qualifications

• Completion of a certified diesel maintenance program is a plus but not required.
• ASE Certification T8 PM is a plus but not required.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Valid Driver’s License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems for preventive maintenance.
• Perform oil changes, fluids replenishment and light repairs.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify equipment issues and malfunctions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and troubleshoot common faults.
• Complete company training programs and participate in assigned duties.
