Are you mechanically inclined and interested in starting a career in vehicle maintenance? As a Technician at Penske, you'll perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a fleet of well-maintained vehicles, helping customers keep their vehicles in top condition.

This role is suitable for those seeking their first job out of school or with some vehicle repair experience. No day is the same, as you'll work on various types of equipment from different manufacturers, with a focus on safety and quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske’s tools and technologies for diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance, including tire rotations, lubrication, electrical, and cooling system repairs.
• Partner with your manager for skill development through training and coaching.
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.
