Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and ensure the safety of vehicles for customers.
  • Use Penske’s tools and technologies for diagnostics and repairs.
  • Perform preventative maintenance like tire rotations, lubrication, electrical and cooling system repairs.
  • Partner with your manager for training and skill development.
  • Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification preferred.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude; 1-2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, ability to solve problems, and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work safely and in all weather conditions; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Additional Requirements
  • Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety policies.
  • Willingness to work the specified schedule, pass background checks, drug screens, and physical exams.
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting.
  • Use of hands for routine tasks and working at heights.
  • Ability to work safely in all weather conditions and navigate the work environment safely.
Pay and Hours

Starting pay: $21.50/hour

Shift premiums apply for second and third shifts, as well as weekends.

Hours: 3 pm - 11:30 pm, Sunday - Thursday.
